F.A.I.L. has continuously invested in new technologies, and the installation of state-of-the-art equipment is a guarantee of the high level of our products and the good working conditions for our personnel.

Full flexibility is the main result: three induction furnaces, having a capacity of1500 kg,1000 kge200 kg, allow us to accept jobs for the widest variety of shapes.

We can manufacture parts, no matter what sizes and dimensions they have, from a minimum of0.5 kgup to a maximum of700 kg.

The production is carried out with a pattern forming system with resin bonded sand and manual carrousel served by a continuous mixer with a capacity of 6 ton per hour.

This makes a total production capacity of more than 500 ton per year.

To complete our offer, we are also able to supply finished parts: machining is made in qualified workshops on CNC machines.
